India: HRD ministry differs on most recommendations of the National Knowledge Commission (NKC)
The HRD ministry has a difference of opinion with the NKC recommendations. So, not too many changes can be expected in the educational framework in the country. New educational projects took off under the aegis of both – the Government and private sectors. There was also the inking of a number of collaborations. BITS has been ranked among the top Universities in the country. ISBs executive education programme is focused on helping Indian firms expand globally.
