The outsourcing industry is going through a rough patch. The recent terror attacks in Mumbai are a huge setback to brand India. Business events have been postponed and foreign executives have cancelled India trips. Analysts believe that many companies would prefer China for outsourcing due to better infrastructure and higher level of safety. Inspite of the odds, a Dun & Bradstreet study says that India will remain the top outsourcing destination.
