The uncertainty and opposition to outsourcing continue due to the slowdown and Obama’s anti outsourcing stand. Despite the odds, the Indian firms are hopeful that orders will start flowing in from January 09 as companies have no choice but to control costs by outsourcing. Software testing and legal outsourcing are two important segments of opportunity.
