The tourism sector is pushing for sops amidst slowdown. Most real estate companies want to move out of hotel projects due to liquidity crunch.A CRISIL report indicates that during September 2008 the average revenue per available room has increased compared to 2007 but occupancies have fallen across cities, except Delhi and Pune.
