Ampro Group to launch service apartments

New Delhi-based Ampro Group plans to launch their fully equipped service apartments by January 2009, next to the district centre and shopping malls and a stone’s throw away from the Sheraton Hotel at Saket. The accommodation unit will feature 18 rooms that range from single studio apartments to twin bedroom family suites.

Ronald Das, Group Director, Ampro Group says, “We are in the process of finalising a name for this project. It will be positioned for the upper segment of the market and we look forward to short and long term stays that range from three months to one year.” Das suggested that the USP of this service apartment would be the flexibility to customize the product (apartment) as per the client's requirement.

“Depending on the number of people in a family or a group we have made provisions to create a convertible set-up that enables us to serve the client better,” remarks Das. The company will also provide valet service and Das says that the service levels will be at par with four-star category hotels.
