Why DesiCrew is hot?

DesiCrew is hot, because it falls in the league of those few startups which have a positive impact on society. By outsourcing work to rural areas, they not only achieve cost efficiencies, but also provide meaningful livelihood to a large number of unemployed or underemployed people. This leads to the boosting of the standard of life of the employees and also boosts the rural economy. Further, it decreases pressure on cities due to decreased or reverse migration.
