Jai's career spans nearly three decades in Manufacturing, Industrial Services, Management Consulting and Information Technology. Second Avenue will enable Jai to fuel his passion of guiding and nurturing young entrepreneurs.

Jai's areas of specialization are Innovation and IP management, Business and operational transformation, Business and engagement model, Collaboration and co-creation, Globalization and India Entry, Talent management, Mentoring and nurturing entrepreneurs.

Previous to Second Avenue, Jai was a Principal at Independent Consultants, providing advisory and mentoring services to emerging companies and entrepreneurs. He was earlier Director and Vice President at Ramco Systems managing the South African Geography and a Solution Center Head for Manufacturing & Asset Management.

Jai was also President and Executive Director at Hofinsoft Services, where his responsibilities included Business Development, Consulting, and Deploying of the best-in-class Enterprise Asset Management Solution Suite to more than 10 countries.

Jai invests considerable amount of time in mentoring entreprenuers and startups on not for-profit basis.
