Blogertize.in records almost 80% increase in the pixel button reservation within the first 5 days of October

Announces the reservation of over $15,000 worth of its pixel buttons; Upto 75% of the total profit earned via its online shopping portal to be distributed among the bloggers advertising with site on pro-rata basis.

Oct 06, 2008, Mumbai - Maharashtra - Blogertize.in, a low cost advertising solution for bloggers/forums worldwide, announced that it has received orders worth $6,900 in last 5 days taking up the total figure to over $15,000. The site which recently turned down a 20% stake buyout offer by an undisclosed investor is expecting to sell off it’s ad space by December 08.

“We’re quite pleased with the response that our site has been getting. Initially, the bloggers were not aware as to what the site was all about given its novelty factor and hence played a wait-and-watch game but now; it seems that we’ve established our business model which is attracting both full-time as well as part-tim e bloggers worldwide.” Said Mr Dushyant Bhatia, CEO, www.blogertize.in

The website is scheduled to launch its online shopping portal by early next year, the products of which would be sold by the bloggers advertising with the site. In return these bloggers would get commission (certain % of sales) for their services.

Elaborating more on the online shopping portal, Mr. Dushyant informed “Currently we’re in talks with an online laptop selling company that has shown some interest in collaboration with our site. We’re also planning to sell Swiss made watches, jewelry, perfumes, luggage and other trading items. The main idea is to create an online trading store and have distributors i.e. bloggers all over the world. The payout to the bloggers could go upto 75% of the total profit earned by our website obviously on pro-rata basis. The adspace is currently available for 2,800 bloggers/ forums and we’re hoping to sell all the adspace by December mont h end.”

The company has roped in the services of RaAstudios, a rich internet media house in India, to work on its forum. The second phase of the website is likely to be completed by Nov 30, 08.

Daily and weekly quizzes/contests for the visitors are next in the pipeline which again would contribute to the ever increasing traffic with thousands of prizes including laptops, home theatre systems, digicams, vacation trips and other goodies up for steal.
