I used to be a regular shopper at Reliance Fresh store at Manav Chowk, Ambala City.
I wish to share my bad experience at this store:
1) Offers / discounts announced are not offered to the customers- The cashier is always ill informed or ignorant about the offers/ schemes. As a result, customers are over charged.
2) The staff is ill trained and misbehaves with customers.
3) The customer is not paid the balance amount, when amounts are in less denomination like Rs 1-2.
