Reliance – Not so fresh!

I am one of the regular buyers of Reliance Fresh products in Virgumbakkam Area, Natesan Nagar, Koyambedu Main Road, Below the Indian Bank.

I am sorry to say that during peak hours the customer has to wait for a long time for billing. Moreover, in evening time vegetables are in very bad condition. Some times when we book the items for home delivery it will reach us very late and that too at unusual times (after 9.30 PM).

Moreover there is a scheme for customers that for every Rs 100/- purchase, one point will be added to the customer’s account. But I am sorry to say that the total points added are not mentioned on the bill so that customer can avail redemption for next purchase according to their points. Every time, before purchasing, we have to ask about the points added. This system needs to be amended so that the consumer knows the points tally.
